1. Purpose of RAW Photo Access

RAW images are provided solely for the purpose of selection. You are granted temporary access to preview these unedited files to choose the images you wish to have professionally edited and delivered. These are not a reflection of DLC Photography's work.

2. No Downloading or Distribution

Clients are not permitted to:

• Download, screenshot, or save the RAW photos.

• Share the RAW photos with third parties.

• Post RAW photos to social media or use them in any way.

These RAW files remain the sole property of the photographer and are protected under copyright law.

3. Image Selection

Clients must complete their selection of final images by September 16, 2025. Any delay may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

4. Editing and Final Delivery

Only the images selected by the client will be professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution format (JPEG, unless otherwise agreed). RAW files are not included in the final delivery.

5. Ownership and Copyright

All RAW images and final edited photographs remain the intellectual property of DLC Photography. Licensing for personal or commercial use will be outlined in a separate agreement, if applicable.

6. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use of RAW photos (including screenshots, reposting, or unauthorized editing) will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

7. Gallery Access

The preview gallery will be available for two days from the date of delivery. If access needs to be extended, additional fees may apply.

8. Agreement

By viewing the RAW photos, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
